HOW WE WORK
Scoped in weeks. Operated for years.
One team from the first conversation to the first month in production. A written scope before anything is built. A measured result for every system. Most first systems are in operation within four to eight weeks.
From discovery to operation
Four stages. Each concludes with a deliverable the client holds.
Timeframes are typical for a first system. Larger programmes run the same cycle more than once.
Discovery
We work with the people performing the work, not only the owner, and document how the business actually operates: what works, where it stalls, and what a better week looks like.
One to two weeks · Deliverable: a ranked map and a written scopeDesign
The workflow is redesigned around the client’s existing platforms. Permissions, approval points, missing-information rules and the ordinary exceptions are decided here, not discovered in production.
One week · Deliverable: a system design for sign-offBuild
The same team builds, tests against live data and iterates on the client’s feedback weekly. The client’s staff shape the result so that it fits the way they work.
Two to four weeks · Deliverable: a working system, demonstrated weeklyLaunch and operate
Documentation the client’s team can follow, training, and a monitored first month. From there, KRONOS maintains the system as the business changes — or the client operates it independently.
One week, then ongoing · Deliverable: hand-over, then the support model chosenThe operating model.
A dedicated team, start to finish
Every engagement is staffed by a dedicated team. No freelancers, no subcontracted delivery, no divided attention. The people in the scoping conversation are the people in the build and the people available after launch.
Scope first, then build
The work is agreed in writing before anything is built. The quoted figure is the invoiced figure — no supplementary invoices, no inflated hours.
People retained on every material decision
Approvals, payments, client-facing communication: a person decides. Those points are agreed in the scope, and every action the system takes is logged.
Security at every layer, in plain terms
Scoped, revocable access per system. A complete audit trail. Client data used for the engagement and nothing else. Confidentiality treated as a principle of the firm.
Built so the client is not dependent on us
Everything we build is documented so the client’s team can operate it. Most clients retain Holistc to operate and extend the system; none are required to.
In clients’ words
What the engagement is like.
We had three systems that didn’t talk to each other. Holistc linked them all and reduced our support load by half. Customers now get faster updates, and our team has fewer ‘where is this’ calls.
I didn’t think our workflow was broken until I saw how smooth it could be. From our overseas office to stitching, Holistc gave us visibility we never had.
Holistc automated everything from job approvals to client updates. We literally stopped chasing our own tails. Now I can focus on growth, not follow-ups.
